Ok everyone! If you haven't already started planting it's not too late for us South Floridians. Although there are some things you can plant all year round the best times to plant are spring and fall. You begin sewing your seeds usually around the end of September to avoid the intense heat and humidity that the Summer brings.
When the cooler months are upon us and the harsh Summer heat has passed, this is the best time to get your plant babies in the ground.
Here is a list of greens, veggies, flowers, herbs and spices that are great to get planted now.
Although your plants will not be under the intense heat and humidity like the past months they will still need lots of love and nurturing in rich, fertile soil in order to grow healthy and strong.
