This mango coconut milkshake is one of our summer go-to drinks. The average temperature seems to be somewhere in the 90's but it feels like 100+ degrees. Needless to say that staying hydrated should be our first priority. Everyone should be drinking plenty of water, fresh pressed, juices, and shakes like this one listed below. For the 3 months of summer the majority of our meals are in liquid form. We prefer this way because it is easier on our stomach and we can maintain our active lifestyle of outdoor activities with the children, martial arts training, and tree climbing. Ready to try our mango coconut milkshake. The ingredients are as follows.
